After waiting for AAA for 10 hours and not having them show he came to the rescue at midnight and got our car to where it needed to be. Trustworthy, great communication, and friendly, would highly recommend them to anyone in need!
Mark really came through when we were in a tough spot after our car broke down and we were stranded. He was friendly and easy to talk to, and helped us get our car to the mechanic after hours. I hope I never need a tow again, but if I do, I'll call Hickman's first!

Words cannot describe what a God send this company was to us yesterday! Not only were they friendly, understanding, and wonderful to work with they were HONEST and instead of charging us an arm and a leg to tow and repair our son's truck.
Hickman's Towing went above and beyond towing my daughter to the Honda dealer. She lost her keys and she would not have been able to get there any other way. He managed to get his tow truck up to the fifth floor of the parking garage and rescued her!! Great work. Very much appreciated.
I was having a really rough night, and other towing companies were rude to me, but Hickman's towing was so nice and helpful. They were prompt and reasonably priced. Next time I need a tow, they will be the first ones I call.

Really thankful for Hickman's Hook. They were fast, friendly, fair, and incredibly helpful. They winched my car as it had got stuck in my driveway. They got to my house in 30 minutes, and it took about 5 minutes to get the car out. Great work and much appreciated!
Our car broke down today and I honestly wasn’t familiar with the area enough to explain where I was very well. He was able to come right to where I was even with my terrible directions and within a very short amount of time! The best service from a wrecker service I’ve ever experienced.

I was 200 miles from home when I took a nail in the rear tire of my motorcycle at 5:00 pm. Hickman's Hook responded quickly and was conscientious about loading and securing my bike on the truck. Better yet, the operator found a motorcycle shop that was still open! He took me there, and I was on the road before the night was over.
Got stuck on the Blue Ridge Parkway and in order to have large trucks come on the road they have to get approval from the state, so I expected to be there for a minute but literally within 15 minutes of calling him he arrived. Tow price was reasonable and customer service was great and I highly recommend them.

I called Hickman's Hook because my vehicle had high centered on a large, but hidden rock (conveniently located in the middle of our vacation rental cabin driveway). They were quick to respond, and carefully and patiently moved my vehicle off the rock. They took extra care to ensure the vehicle wasn't damaged any more during the extraction process. Very thankful for their service.
